New Church Discount

If your church is new* to Youth Encounter's ministry opportunities, we'd like to give you an extra special welcome gift by letting the main adult leader participate for free!

Here are the details:

• *We define a "new" church as a church that has not participated in a Youth Encounter event in the last five years.
• You must register a total of at least 5 paying participants.
• This discount cannot be combined with any other discounts.
• In order to qualify for this discount, please click on the link below to send us the information about who you've referred. If they register for the event and qualify as a "new" church, we will adjust your registration fees accordingly upon arrival at the Quake or Zone.

Refer a New Church Discount

If you refer a new* church to one of Youth Encounter's Quakes or Zones, we'd like to thank you by giving you a $125 discount off your total registration fees.

Here are the details:

• *We define a "new" church as a church that has not participated in a Youth Encounter event in the last five years.
• Discount applies up to $250.
• The discount can be applied to any event from November 2007 - April 2008, or November 2008 - April 2009.
• The church you refer must register as its own church (separate from your registration).
• The church you refer must have at least 4 registrations (3 youth, plus adult).

Large Group Discount

We know that it takes a lot of planning to organize a large group, so we'd like to reward you for your hard work! Adult leaders come for free depending on how many total people (youth, adults, and junior guides) you register for a single event! Here's how it works:

• For every 25 paying participants, you will get one free registration.

The fine print…

• This discount is applied on a per event basis. (For example, you must bring at least 25 people to the same event in order to qualify. Bringing 12 people to one event and 13 people to another, unfortunately, does not qualify you for this discount.)
• All participants must be from the same church. (Churches cannot combine to receive this offer.)
• Note - if your registration numbers change, so will your discount. For example, if you originally registered 49 and then at the last minute, one more person wants to come, we will adjust your discount accordingly. (And vice-versa if people cancel and your numbers change.)
• Remember that if your room(s) is/are not filled to capacity, additional housing fees apply.

Team Alumni Discount

If you have EVER served on a Youth Encounter ministry team (National Team, International Team, or Community Based Team) we want to extend a special invitation just to you. As the leader of a group, if you bring 5 paying participants, we want to waive your entire registration fee!

The fine print…

• Please mark on your registration form what year you were on team and what team you served on.
• You must register at least 5 paying participants.
