2007-08 Zone Theme: Let Go

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." Matthew 11:28-31

A Zone is a weekend designed to help high school youth deepen their faith and grow in their walk with Jesus. Youth will grow in their understanding of God's role in our lives, our partnership in the Body of Christ, our value as God's creations, our gifts, and our call to be disciples of Jesus Christ. These topics will be explored in depth at large group worship times and breakout sessions throughout the weekend. 

2007-2008 Service Project

Last year at our Events, thousands of participants provided meals for starving and malnourished children worldwide. Partnering with Feed My Starving Children gave volunteers the opportunity to help the poorest and neediest of God's people in a tangible way. We share in the joy of all those who contributed their efforts and resources, as well as those who received the benefits of this project.

This year, we are partnering with another organization that directly assists people in great need, Lutheran World Relief. We are excited at the numerous opportunities that this partnership allows. Details will follow in the upcoming months, so please continue to check here for more information.
