 Service MinistryGlobal Work Crews, Team Katrina, Renevatus, and Youth Encounter's customized missions trips are all part of Youth Encounter's Service Ministry; and all are short term mission trip ministries of Youth Encounter in which youth and adults work side by side with local youth in a foreign country, to help improve their living conditions in a concrete hands-on way. Crews of 10-15 people will travel to different countries to work on projects in the country. They will grow in cultural understanding through working side by side with local youth and will grow in Christian faith through serving others and spending time in worship and Bible studies in the evenings.
